Q. My hubby-to-be wants to wear something stylish. What styles, colours and materials are popular right now?

A. Jess Hawkes says: Many grooms are opting for more expensive suits, and the colour palettes being chosen reflect that. This includes warm blue tones, rustic tweeds, earthy greens and fabrics that balance a sense of fun and a contemporary style.

Suit cuts for 2021 are sharp, clean and simplistic. Many people are deciding on British and Italian-cut jackets with tapered or slim-fit trousers. Accessories are also playing a large role. People are opting for pocket squares, ties and buttonholes with a pop of colour. We strongly suggest that the groom-to-be plays around with the key details before deciding on his accessories.
