Warwickshire's award-winning wedding caterers Caviar & Chips are working hard to reorganise couples' dates as part of a long-term plan to emerge in good health from COVID-19.

Caviar & Chips creates bespoke menus for wedding receptions all over the UK and work with couples planning their day from venues that includes woodlands through to stately home and anywhere in-between.

Although the pandemic has temporarily halted them being able to deliver menu tastings and weddings, co-founder Marc Hornby said they are still working with clients, venues and suppliers to organise delays to bookings and making sure all customers are looked after. Marc said Caviar & Chips was a "purpose and values-led" business with a vision of "creating moments and memories".

This meant it had put contractual issues such as terms and conditions to one side to ensure brides and grooms could still enjoy future dates.

He said: "We've been putting in alternative dates for all our clients so that they can move, trying to be as supportive and understanding as possible, and working closely with venues and suppliers."

he idea for Caviar & Chips was created by Marc and co-founder Jonathan Carter-Morris when the pair were studying for MBAs at Aston Business School and Jonathan was planning his own wedding. They launched the company three years ago and use commercial kitchens based in Sutton Coldfield near Birmingham.

As a thank you to NHS staff working hard to look after the health of everyone, Caviar & Chips are covering the cost of NHS workers planning their wedding day with the bride and groom receiving their wedding breakfast meals for free.

To further help couples planning their wedding day and their catering, Caviar & Chips are offering a reduced saved the date deposit of £500. So that brides and grooms can book their catering from home knowing that when restrictions are lifted they can then look forward to their menu tasting and finalising their menu choices with peace of mind.
