Corus Hotels has been acquired by Westbourne Leisure Limited

Couple smiling Corus Hotels has announced that The Regency Hotel, located in Solihull, has been acquired by Midlands-based Westbourne Leisure Limited, which currently owns a number of hotel and hospitality venues in the West Midlands.

This freehold property benefits from 111bedrooms, a large on-site car park, a bar, a lounge, a restaurant, seven meeting rooms, as well as a leisure club with fitness centre, an indoor swimming pool, a steam room, sauna, plunge pool and Jacuzzi.

Khurram Mohmad, the chief executive at Corus Hotels, said: “We are pleased to have come to a deal with Westbourne Leisure Limited by working with JLL hotels and hospitality consultancy. We are grateful and very proud of The Regency Hotel team for all their support during this time and for their hard work and dedication over the last few years.”
