The Cotswolds Baking Workshop is offering a range of fun workshops

Susie from The Cotswolds Baking Workshop Passionate baker and former primary school teacher, Susie started her baking workshops online via zoom in January 2021. Now restrictions have been lifted, Susie offers face-to-face American, British and French baking workshops for up to six people from her home kitchen in Shipston-on-Stour. Using as many locally sourced ingredients and fresh produce as possible, Susie’s informal, fun, and informative hands-on workshops suit all abilities from basic skills for novice bakers to more advanced baking techniques.

Workshops include ‘Perfecting the Macaron’, English afternoon tea classes, a London market-style doughnut workshop, French pastry and dessert skills and classic American bakes such as bagels, brownies and cinnamon buns. Susie’s workshops are proving very popular with locals looking for a post-lockdown get-together with friends or family, hen dos and birthday parties.
