Check out these vintage-themed images at new wedding venue, Malt House Barn

To showcase their talent, a group of local suppliers worked together to create this gorgeous set of images. “When Hayley told me that she had been made redundant due to the pandemic, and as a result, had set up her own venue dressing business, I immediately suggested that we organise a shoot to help advertise her new venture,” says photographer Alex Ford. “We were very lucky to be able to get in touch with a new venue, Malt House Barn and some of the best suppliers in the industry to produce something wonderful.”

“Hayley wanted to showcase her skill at dressing a bare venue ready for a vintage-style wedding and put together a mood board which she shared around a group chat,” shares Alex. “Vicky from Floral Creative was able to produce a gorgeous display of flowers and bouquets that tied into the theme perfectly.”

Emstrey Bridal provided the gorgeous dress for Grace to wear. “Her look was finished by SJM Beauty and Elegance Hair Design – Bridal who wove her hair into a braid and added gypsophila,” Alex explains. “My advice for all couples is to have in mind that things don’t need to be complicated or expensive to look spectacular. The main thing you need are suppliers who have amazing skills and the ability to bring an abstract vision to life.”
