Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is a former Grade II listed monastery which dates back to the early 16th-century. The property still retains many of its original features, including dramatic stone cloisters, Gothic- stained glass windows and a 100ft bell tower. Standing at the foot of the Malvern Hills, the venue is situated within a 26 acres estate, with plenty of places to explore, including a path lined with weeping willows, a tranquil and secluded lake and well kept walled gardens.

The hotel recently underwent a multi-million-pound renovation which introduced The Refectory restaurant and eight new bedrooms on the second floor and a further seven in the original schoolhouse bringing the grand total to 70 bedrooms.

Celebrate in style
The former chapel, Callow Great Hall, is the ideal setting for traditional weddings with a captivating history and charming décor that would make a grand backdrop for any celebration.

Small nuptials are best suited to the cosy East Room, which has an open fireplace, oak-beamed ceiling and room for 30 loved ones.

St Anne’s Hall can also be used. Couples will have use of the space, Library Bar and balcony where up to 70 guests will able to relax and enjoy the views.

Alternatively, the Brides Manor Lounge is available. Connected to the church via a cloister and close to the tranquil garden of remembrance, the lounge of this Georgian style manor house has private access and is perfect for cosy ceremonies.

A stone’s throw from the picturesque Willow Lake is the Garden Pavilion, it offers impressive views and can seat up to 300 friends and family.

We love...
The wine cellar, games room and 17 function rooms.
