A team of talented suppliers worked together to create this fabulous shoot at Crumplebury

Louise Roberts from May Rose Floral Design and a host of local suppliers worked together to create this impressive set of images. Louise tells us: “We wanted to create a modern shoot, and when we found Crumplebury, it fitted our theme perfectly. The property has a modern and natural feel with lots of attention to detail, from high ceilings and vast windows to amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The day was captured by the talented Dearest Love Photography, who showcased our vision perfectly.”

The team incorporated monochrome colours into the décor. “I used anemones, tulips, ranunculus, roses, waxflowers and foliage to create a modern but romantic feel,” explains Louise. “Brittany from Pigment + Paper used hand-painted designs of the venue and soft trailing vines for the stationery, and Vic’s Vegan Bakes created a white and black cake with amazing gold leaf detail. Dressed to Impress by Julie made a stunning tablescape using wooden tables with alternating beaded glass and black chargers.”

Our model, Ellisha, wore a handmade dress from Stephanie Kyles Bridal. “It was fitted specifically to emphasis her shape,” shares Louise. “It was a sophisticated satin sweetheart gown with a sequin cape and black belt. Her shoes were nude with a touch of black from Diane Hassall, and the jewellery was hand-crafted by the talented Elizabeth Terzza. We wanted to use gold tones, and Elizabeth used inspiration from the olive leaves and created hairpieces, a statement necklace, earrings and even rings, tie pins and cufflinks. Her hair was beautifully curled by Amy Bemand Hair, and Indulge Beauty & Makeup worked their magic using metallic eyeshadow and warm rose lipstick to complete the look.

“The groom, Chris, had a carefully selected suit from Carolyn at Bill Child Formal Wear,” says Louise. “It was a classy evening suit with a waistcoat and black tie.”
