Worcestershire’s leading hotel appoints new head chef

Worcestershire's leading boutique hotel and wedding venue, The Wood Norton, has announced the appointment of new head chef, Radoslaw Kuczynski which is perfect for wedding day couples who are real foodies!

Mr Kuczynski brings extensive experience to the luxury establishment, having successfully held Sous Chef and Head Chef roles at other independent, rosette winning restaurants and establishments including The Vineyard in Stockcross and The Clarendon in Watford. Having joined The Wood Norton in summer 2019, Mr Kuczynski has already transformed the venue's food and beverage offering, launching a new Brasserie menu for both residents and non-residents to enjoy Monday to Sunday.

Radoslaw Kuczynski, confirmed: "I am delighted to have joined The Wood Norton as its new Head Chef and, since commencing my role, have already worked closely with the talented kitchen team to create a new Brasserie menu, which I hope will appeal to a vast audience with varying tastes.
"My interest in food started when I was just 22 and since this time I have trained and worked incredibly hard to establish my own cooking style, which I am looking forward to both implementing and developing further at The Wood Norton...So watch this space."

Officially launched in August 2019, The Wood Norton's new Brasserie menu includes tasteful dishes Tandoori Spiced Chicken, Gilthead Bream Fillet and Oxtail Pappardelle, which are all created using quality, local produced and served from the property's Fleur De Lys Brasserie. A popular wedding and meeting and events venue, the Hotel also caters for large groups and offers Afternoon Tea and Lunch menus.
