Award win for Shropshire stationery designer

Based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Anna Thomas, of Evelyn & Elliot, was West Midlands Winner of Stationery Supplier of the Year at The English Wedding Awards 2019.

A black tie, formal event was hosted by Creative Oceanic in Birmingham in November to recognise the talent and hard work that goes into all areas of the wedding industry, making the wedding planning process a little bit easier for engaged couples.
   Anna adds, "I was over the moon to even be nominated but to be regional winner is unbelievable! I'm so happy and grateful to my couples for putting me forward for this award and for voting for me. Thank you so much."
   
After completing a degree in Surface Pattern Design and with several years of experience within the greeting card industry, Anna set up her own business in August 2015. For each of couple she strives to set the scene for their wedding day, offering a unique and bespoke designs to suit the personality of her clients providing their guests with the first glimpse of what's to come on their special day.
"I love how unique each wedding is and pride myself on my personal approach and service," shares Anna. "Each item I create is designed and made with love in my little studio in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. I provide save the dates, invitations, table plans, table numbers, place settings, order of service, menus, tags and much more.
   "I absolutely love my job and to know I was nominated and voted for by my past couples means so much to me and makes this award extra special. I'm excited about my 2020 weddings and I'm looking forward to creating more beautiful wedding stationery. I would like to say a great big thank you to Creative Oceanic for organising a fantastic awards ceremony and congratulations to all the finalists and winners in the industry who all deserve to be recognised."
