Millington Travel has opened a new travel store in Coventry in July which will be a huge hit with local couples tying the knot and needing to book their honeymoon.
The new store, located on the corner of Market Way and Lower Precinct, has a team of six travel professionals and offer a full range of travel and holiday services. Established in 1972 and is owned by Nigel Armitage and Nick Bland, its head office is based in Leicester and this will be the 12th travel store across the Midlands.
Mr Armitage said, "We we've been really impressed with Coventry's ambitious plans to regenerate the city in view of them being the City of Culture in 2021 and believe that there's huge potential going forward.
"The store has got a great position in the centre of town and will be offering a full travel service, from weekend breaks and family holidays to long-haul trips of a lifetime. A vast selection of cruising holidays will also be on offer."
Last week Millington Travel won one of the UK's most prestigious awards in the industry at Travel Weekly's Agent Achievement Awards for best 'small' travel company in Central England.
