The City of Wolverhampton Council offers couples three unique locations; Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Bantock House Museum and City Archives. Our aim is to make your ceremony run as smoothly as possible, leaving you to enjoy the occasion with your family, friends and each other.
Bantock House and gardens - Restored to its Edwardian glory, is a hidden treasure set within 43 acres of lovely parkland and surrounded by delightful formal gardens. The house and Coach House provide lots of options and beautiful backdrops for an intimate wedding where you can celebrate the most important day of your life. And don’t forget the gardens and grounds which are super for you and your guests to enjoy on your big day.
Wolverhampton Art Gallery
Oozing grandeur, our Georgian Gallery is somewhere special to hold your wedding. It’s a unique place to get married and has wonderful spaces where you and your guests can be photographed – whatever the weather. Your wedding day and Wolverhampton Art Gallery – it’s the perfect marriage for culture lovers.
For couples who want a small and stylish venue, the ornate Rococo Room in the beautifully restored Grade II* listed Molineux Hotel Building overlooking the home of Wolverhampton FC. Enjoy the garden area that includes period features such as an 18th century-styled kitchen garden, box hedging parterres, yew and holly topiary and seating, providing a peaceful oasis for wedding couples and their guests.
*A reception package can be arranged at our venues to extend your special day with friends and family. An additional cost of £21 for the license will apply at Wolverhampton Art Gallery and City Archives. Bantock House is fully licensed.
