The Wedding Pizza Company was formed in 2017 by Stephen McCarty. He quit his job in investment banking in the City to follow his dream of cooking exceptional pizza. There are many types, but we use Neapolitan sourdough made of just imported Caputo flour, natural Neapolitan yeast, salt and water.
Our sourdough starter was "born" in 1907 - Edward VII was on the thrown and Einstein started work on his Theory of Relativity. Every day since then, a little bit of flour and water has been added to give you a taste of history. We have 5 converted horseboxes, each with 2 or 3 Roccbox pizza oven, capable of cooking 50 made to order pizzas per hour.
