December/January 2019/2020

I’m thoroughly enjoying writing Your West Midlands Wedding this year, this is because of the abundance of inspiration that lands in my inbox from talented local suppliers.

Styled shoots provide the perfect insight for local couples looking to tie the knot in the area; with the plethora of flowers, cakes and dresses to choose from, where do you begin to plan a wedding? By looking in your local wedding magazine, Your West Midlands Wedding, because this issue we have five amazing shoots, and three gorgeous weddings showcasing what’s wonderful about the region.

After the influx of Christmas nuptials – still a popular time to ask that all important question – I welcome all of our lovely new readers to the wonderful world of weddings; we hope you love this white bubble as much as we do!

Pull up a chair, pour a brew, and happy reading!

Nailcote Hall

Located in 13 acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside, Nailcote Hall offers couples a romantic setting to celebrate the special day. Built in 1640, this venue once opened its doors with a traditional AA Rosette fine dining restaurant and just five bedrooms. Today it boasts 49 bedrooms, 21 of which are full of 17th-century charm and showcase plenty of character.

The stunning black and white exterior of the manor house greets couples upon arrival as well as the beautiful front gardens.

Nailcote Hall has four different ceremony spaces accommodating between 20 and 280 guests. For smaller weddings, the Pavilion Suite is the newest space built three years ago with stunning views and modern touches.

The Bistro and Lant Suite has a grand stone staircase allowing for an entrance like no other. Get married under its high glass roof and party away in the Lant Suite next door with a really exclusive feel, private bar, entrance and bedrooms.

The glass marquee is the largest place at this venue to get married, offering views over the lower lawn lake and golf course. This venue can hold up to 320 guests and there’s a bar, garden areas and a blank canvas to create the perfect day.

The fourth space is the Terrace Suite which is adjacent to the marquee, this charming room can hold smaller ceremonies with guests then moving to the marquee for larger receptions.

All of the spaces at Nailcote Hall not only host nuptials but are also perfect for receptions, and why not opt for exclusive-use and feel like lord or lady of the hall?

Couples booking Nailcote Hall will benefit from a complimentary menu tasting and first-anniversary meal. All of the packages available offer an overnight stay for the happy couple and discounted bedrooms for wedding guests.
