Rosie Ginday MBE from Miss Macaroon has won the Gaia Award
Rosie Ginday MBE is the founder of Miss Macaroon, a Birmingham-based business that funds youth work for some of Birmingham's most marginalised young people. At the end of last year, Rosie won the Gaia Award at the 2021 NatWest everywoman Awards. This is awarded to an inspirational founder of a social enterprise who has combined strong community benefit with a sustainable business model. Rosie makes and sells macaroons to clients, and all sales fund Rosie's 'Macaroons Make a Difference' scheme, which provides retail and kitchen-based training, employment and work experience for 18–35-year-olds.

The Cotswolds Baking Workshop is offering a range of fun workshops
Passionate baker and former primary school teacher, Susie from The Cotswolds Baking Workshop started her baking workshops online via zoom in January 2021. Now restrictions have been lifted, Susie offers face-to-face American, British and French baking workshops for up to six people from her home kitchen in Shipston-on-Stour. Using as many locally sourced ingredients and fresh produce as possible, Susie's informal, fun, and informative hands-on workshops suit all abilities from basic skills for novice bakers to more advanced baking techniques.
