There are so many ways that you can incorporate colour into your wedding dress. Most gowns come in different shades such as ivory, pinks, greys, blues and blacks. We also work with one of the best companies in the UK that allow us to make custom changes to our gowns, including the colour. If you're after a subtle hue, most seamstresses will be able to customise a gown by adding coloured thread, beads, fabrics or even crystals to your design. We often tell our couples that with a great seamstress the only limit to customising a gown is your imagination.... read more

Q – My fiancé is much taller than me – what dress style would you recommend for a shorter bride to give the illusion of height? "Our recommendation for a shorter bride who wants to give the illusion of height is to opt for a sheath or a fit and flare style gown. This is a frequently asked question, and the answer will depend on how far in advance you have booked your wedding. Nowadays to buy a stock wedding dress off-the-peg won't be mission impossible for brides living in big cities.
