Lyndsey and Dan's autumnal wedding incorporated greens, golds, creams and their love of art
Lyndsey and Dan met at work and went on their first date to an exhibition soon after. “It was such a wonderful first date,” recalls Lyndsey. “We both loved how we equally enjoyed it and chatted away about the art. Needless to say, a couple of years on, it was a Bellows print of Summer Night Riverside Drive that was my wedding gift to Dan!”
Dan’s proposed on Lyndsey’s birthday, one year after they met. They chose the stunning Pendrell Hall as the venue for both their ceremony and reception.

Hotel La Tour, Birmingham
This contemporary hotel is perfect for modern couples looking for a chic backdrop. It’s located just across the road from City Park which provides a picture-perfect setting for photographs and the hotel will even serve drinks to your guests there while these are being taken.
Ceremonies take place in a choice of banqueting rooms for a minimum of 50 guests. There’s a private dining room available to hire in Mr White’s English Chophouse restaurant for a more intimate party. The reception for a maximum of 120 loved ones seated for a lunch or dinner takes place in the larger banqueting suite and this can accommodate 160 for an evening reception with a band or disco.
